Tar ball spreading
Staining beaches everywhere

Generations of families
Out in the cold
Can't wait for the fix
Having no money gets so old

Hotels, restaurants,
Fishermen too
No one makes income
What's a worker to do?

Out in the Gulf
The oil keeps a coming
How much longer
Will BP keep everyone running?
