Laurie hill - A soft breeze

My life,
is but the flutter of a butterflys wings,
capturing the sun for an instant,
My breath is cast,
a soft breeze, in this storm of life,
My shadow owns no earth,
nor leaves no mark,
My time is no man's,
not even mine to count,
Nor yours, my love....
