Lauren - Thoughts of the Misunderstood

They made me this way
It's not my fault
The words they said effected me this way
It was not my call

They called me names
And pushed me away
I was ostricized and left out
Now is it really me to blame?

All I do is reject and refuse
Reject all that they say
Refuse what they say I am
I guess this is the price to pay

Angry and frightened about what they called me
To prove them wrong
And I'm scared of myself and what I'll become
I'm going to stay this way as it prolongs
(I'm sorry I don't mean to but...)
I'll take it out on the people who have been innocent all along
