How could you hurt me
Take my innocence and pride
How could you say
I have no reason to cry?
How could you do
All these horrible things
That awoke my tears
Like a flower in spring.
How could you smile
In my face as you lie
How can you hate me
I just don't know why.
How could my heart beat everyday
As in my bed half dead I lay.
How can I be loved
When I'm so unclean
I wish someone would tell me
What all this means.
How can I go on living
With so much anger on my heart
I wanna be happy
I just don't know where to start.
