Description
Ingredients -
250gm lauki (bottle gourd)
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
Preparation -
Heat the ghee.
Add cumin seeds, lauki, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar, water and mix well.
Add salt and mix well.
Add cook for sometime.
Serve hot.
