In Loving Memory of Cassandra Elaine Bulot

Last night I held my daughter
singing her songs
and in the morning when I woke
she was gone
her mother held her body
and wouldn't let go
she stood there screaming, sobbing
'no! '...'please don't go! '
Borrowed Angel, we left you sleeping well,
but you were taken from, the arms of us
and given back to god
now in the night we cry
because we love you so
Cassandra our Borrowed Angel.
The first time I held her ever
she stole my heart
then two months later
tragedy tore it apart
but somewhere above I know
our angels' home.
