How do we shed our tears?
Do they dry themselves?
What makes us stick to the ground,
Every time we lose our senses?
Why do stars sparkle at night?
Are they as lonely as I am?

Why does bliss appear and rescue you?
Does the wind listen to you when you cry?
And why do we feel connected to the same music,
Even though we don’t relate?

Why am I crying all of the sudden?
Why doesn’t the time freeze when I need it to?
Why do we fake a smile,
And pretend that we’re okay,
No matter how loud we’re screaming inside?

What takes us here?
What makes me want to run away?
How do I mend my last journey?
When will I find myself worthy?
And why can't I heal,
Whatever it is I am feeling?

How do I teach my heart to go on beating,
When my body system feels like shutting down?
