LAPD New Art Walk Visibility

We listen to Officer Joseph of the LAPD explain the new police presence and steps that had been taken to keep the art experience safer. For one thing they Tom Gilmore, Bert Green and others came up with a very good compromise to relive the crowing on the side and walks and give the street vendors a home of sorts inside a parking lot area on Main and 5th Streets.
