Landrover Discovery

Greetings each!
This is my 1996 (P) Landrover Discovery (automatic) which I purchased in 2004. Very low genuine mileage for year.
The only reason I am selling it is that I have now purchased an LPG Volvo.
This Landrover has never let me down once, and had a new battery fitted just over a month ago.
It comes complete with all the paperwork/service history etc I inherited when I bought it, plus full paperwork/service history to date. The original owner's manual and documentation is present, plus a spare key; although the spare remote doesn't appear to work for some strange reason.
All the necessary tools are present, as well as a new hydraulic jack (which has never been used) 'cos the original one was knackered.
I have never used it off-road: Local road use only.
Please don't ask me any technical questions about what's under the bonnet as I only drive cars, and know absolutely sod-all about engines etc, although I am quite happy for the vehicle to be inspected by, or on behalf of, interested buyers. When any maintenance has been required it has been carried out by qualified personnel only. I do not tinker with vehicles at all!
Inspection is welcomed and advised.
There is a little surface rust above the rear bumper, and some minor scuffing to the rear wing on the driver's side. A little paintwork "blistering" is also present in the same area. There is a small pot of colour-coded touch up paint included though.

If I do not know the answer(s) I will say so and attempt to find out!
At the time of placing the advertisement I am not aware of any major issues.
