Lancelot is an artist who combines acoustic song writing and indie band sensibilities to create his own distinct sound. Lancelot who is from & based in Dublin, says he has being strongly influenced by the 60s and 70s pop and rock hits played by his parents. Ricky Nelson, Del Shannon, Albert Hammond or Fleetwood Mac, are all favourites.

Lancelot learnt his craft playing with groups over the past few years all around Ireland, UK, Florida and Australia. Always writing and developing what is his main passion; the art of writing a song.

His debut album, which will be released later this year, was recorded in LA. The recording process was a great success for the artist who prospered working in a very one on one manner with producer Rich Mouser (Gavin Rossdale, Weezer).

Underpinned by strong songs, all recorded by Lancelot and Rich with the notable exceptions of drummers Nick Dvirgilio and Scott Devours. Lancelot has put together a band of fantastic musicians to play the material live, and it is something not to missed if you get the chance.
