What is this pain in my heart
I only feel when we're apart

Miles away from the one I love
then tells me you're the one

The one who is kind, sweet and full of life
you would be to a man the perfect wife

So soft to the fingers felt
makes all being in me melt

So sweet and tender are your lips
takes my breath by your kiss

So caring are you to others
I watch in so much wonder

Never have I felt this in all my years
now I know this pain that tears

When away from the one I love so dear
in my heart there lies a tear.
