Lance Mead - its all about you

i know your sitting reading this, so im not going to lie
you ask me confusing questions, and all i do is cry

you all ready know the answers to the things you ask
yet you ask again anyway

do you think my answers would change on any other day

i overheard you talking once about me,
someone discussing my interest in you,
he was saying that i was a bad choice
but you said, 'what if that's what i want too'

you once asked me if id ever hurt you
i clammed up and didn't know what to say,
but you knew what i was thinking
in your own special little way

we were talking on the phone once and you asked me if i would take care of you
to which i said why not that's one thing i could do

you asked me why i don't get angry
and why i don't ever fight
i had to develop self control
after an incident one terrible night

it may sound wrong to do so
but Ive asked you questions while you sleep
there was no big wall of defense around you
and the answers were really sweet

i don't get what is so wrong about helping someone out
i don't get why we both have so many doubts
i don't know what will happen tomorrow too
i don't know what to say to you


i cant understand what you want from me though
one minute your hot the next your cold
your one of the best people i know you accepted me for who i am


you really do have a beautiful mind. so caring
you pick me back up when im low
you make me feel so happy and sad and happy all at the same time
you inspire me to be a better person

i hope you realize that this is all about you.................
