Description
Two little boys smiled and played.
Seems so long ago I lost my brother.
Each year that pass the memories slowly fade.
Weston, do you remember, Tie our Feet?
All of our games we used to play.
Playing Nintendo when we were supposed to sleep.
Getting up early and staying up late.
I wake up and see the sun shine down.
You awake lying in a jail.
I listen to the birds sweet sounds.
You trapped in a 6 by 9 cell.
Your only crime cost you a lifetime.
Murderers and Rapist get away with less.
You were a victim to flawed justice.
65 years for loving meth.
You have a daughter, you had a wife.
You had your own house, you had your own life.
You almost lost it all, life left you flat.
We all pray that one day you'll get it all back.
Its different for me to write about a real life tragedy.
I just feel this story should be said.
Sometimes I feel lonely just imagining.
Remembering our lifes memories that we shared.
Peace Weston
