Lalit Modi commented on Rajeev Shukla's resignation

India News: Rajeev Shukla resigned as IPL Chairman on Saturday evening saying he took the decision in view of the recent controversies.

In return to this former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi said via tweeter that "it's late that Mr. Shukla has resigned but it is always good if people quit who are involved in scandals"

This major step of Rajeev Shukla came a day before the emergency meeting of the working committee in Chennai, Shukla took the decision to quit saying that he felt it necessary to do so in the light of the recent developments.
