Laddu Curry Recipe

Ingredients - 1 cup besan 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tsp coriander leaves 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste 200 gm Indian baby gourd 200 gm potatoes 2 tomatoes 2 onions 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 green chillies Ginger paste 2 tsp coriander powder Few coriander leaves 1 tsp red chili powder 2 cups water 4 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation - Mix besan with onions, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, tumeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, oil, water and mix well. Make laddus.Fry the laddus. Heat the oil. Add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, water and grind the mixture in the mixer Cook the mixture well. Add Indian baby gourd and potatoes and laddus. Add water, salt, garam masala and coriander leaves.
