Labour set to launch manifesto
Description
Ed Miliband claims Labour are the 'underdogs' in the General Election just hours before the party launch their manifesto.
According to Miliband, their spending plans are set to be 'ambitious but achievable'.
Meanwhile, David Cameron has been campaigning in the West Midlands with Sir Ian Botham.
It came after a series of opinion polls suggested that despite winning the opening skirmishes the Conservative Party are still short of enough support for an outright win.
The Conservative manifesto is due to be launched on Tuesday - a day after Labour's.
The Liberal Democrats have not had the best of days. A poster claiming that the Conservatives would hit voters with a 'VAT bombshell' was based on "conjecture" about Tory tax plans, party spokesman Vince Cable acknowledged.
