Labour pledges to 'fix' childcare system
Description
Labour's Cat McKinell has accused the Conservatives of "breaking the childcare system" as she pledged to "fix" it by creating "over 3000 new nurseries and 100,000 places for children." The party also intends to introduce school breakfast clubs which they claim will save parents £400 a year.
