Labour: Govt has constantly failed to support schools
Description
The shadow immigration minister says the country has seen a "constant failure" from the government to support schools and to give young people the investment and opportunities they need. Stephen Kinnock adds a Labour government would scrap the loophole to ensure private schools pay VAT on their fees, which he says this will generate approximately 1.5bn pounds for use in recruiting more teachers.
