Labor promises improved system for workers & residents

The new Labor government is promising to improve the aged care system for both workers and residents. While the sector welcomes extra support, they're warning that there may not be enough workers to implement the changes, such as having a 24 hour registered nurse in every facility. Paul Sadler is the head of Aged and Community Services Australia and he says the main challenge with be in rural and regional areas.
