A woman tied her black Lab, Kenia, to her grandpa’s smaller dog because the little one wasn't very good at listening. While they were hanging out on the beach, a piece of trash blew by in the wind and caught Kenia's attention. She suddenly bolted after it, dragging the smaller dog right across the sand behind her as she gave chase.
