Laa Finita - Speechless friend

He claims for my greetings, when I arrive;
while leaving my stuff, he whins.
He makes a warm noise, like a soft motorboat,
and approaches his pink nose to mine.

His white whiskers investigate me,
his blue eyes stare my face,
his front claws sweetly caress
my tired and sad forehead.

He streches and, eagerly, follows me,
short white and light red hair,
long tail, big ears, and
that happy prrrrr that erases fears.

Every time I cry, he appears,
looks directly into my eyes,
as he`d had a hundred years,
understands my sadness, shares my tears.
