c’est l’effet rigolo des fois, quand on a une bulle d’eau sur sa casserole, la chaleur crée une couche de vapeur au-dessus de l’eau liquide, en simplifiant un peu.

Et là des gens rigolos en ont fait des utilisations intéressantes, en poussant le concept loin, très loin !
