Kutton (Also known as Jagran Valley) is a village and tourist resort in Neelam Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is located 82 kilometers (51 mi) from Muzaffarabad and 8 kilometers (5.0 mi) from Kundal Shahi on the bank of Jagran stream.
Kutton is accessible by Neelam road from Muzaffarabad branches off from Kundal Shahi.
