Fighting in the Syrian town of Kobane has had a major effect on neighbouring Turkey, with thousands demanding Ankara intervene and save residents of the besieged town. Kurdish politicians have warned if nothing is done, the fragile peace process between Turkey and the Kurds could collapse. Al Jazeera's Jamal Elshayyal reports from Diyarbakir.
