Kula's pol-sec has statement recorded
Description
Police today recorded a statement from M. Kulasegaran's (DAP-Ipoh-Barat) political secretary P. Sugumaran under Police Act Section 90 and Minor Offences Act Section 14.
Sugumaran was asked to assist in the investigation on a report launched by Inspector Mazhar against him.
He was alleged to have obstructed the police in carrying out their duties.
