kristen Elyse - Abortion

it never is right to kill an unborn baby
it will never be right; never a maybe
I hurt for the parents who will never feel their touch
because their hearts will hurt so much
they think it is just tissue not a real thing
so they abort the baby that will never sing
they do the procedure to go on with their lives
never realizing how fully their hearts are deprived
some people are fooled not knowing the truth
until they find out later the incriminating proof
babies I know your in a safe place
away from the hatred of every race
I sometimes envy you being up there
embracing Gods love around you everywhere
babies im glad you don't know the hatred down here
where we don't even hold a baby's life dear
you will always hear kind words form our dear lord
never experiencing cruel words cutting like a sword
just to let you know were starting to fight
so you can live because it your right
oah parents i wish i could heal the wounds you carry
so you could go around being merry
bring your wounds to the one who heals
who takes it away from the one who steals.
