Korea ranks 4th in open data implementation

South Korea is among the top five countries in the world in implementing open data.
According to the nation's interior ministry, Seoul sit atop the 4th place with France... in UK non-profit organization WorldWideWeb Foundation's Open Data Barometer..., which measures how governments are publishing and using open data for accountability, innovation and social impact.
Canada and UK ranked joint-first and Australia came in third on the barometer.
The foundation said South Korea is one of the most improved governments for open data over the past five-years... and has become a strong candidate for world leader in open data.
