Koppala: Caves Created By Sand Smugglers

Koppal is witnessing a huge sand smuggling racket where the smugglers have been carving sand out of the land creating caves of around 20 feet depth. This racket has been going on in several places since a long time. Several workers have died due to the collapse of caves. But the government has paid no heed.
