Way back in the 1970s, a gang of young bengali musicians decided to change the course of bangla music. High on rock, pop, jazz tunes, their music came to be known as "urban folk". We are talking about the legendary bengali band "Moheener Ghoraguli". Years have passed since and innumerable musicians in Bengal have paid tribute to the urban life in their own little way. Through "Kolkata" Jojo reiterates this trend!!
