Knesset rocket drill

A rocket attack drill was simulated Tuesday morning at the Israeli Knesset. According to the drill's scenario two rockets hit the plenum area as well as the southern area of the Knesset and as a result, casualties were evacuated to the hospitals. Knesset Speaker Rubi Rivlin called the Knesset's Secretary and Security Officer for an urgent consultation, in which it was decided to move all Knesset Members and debates to the alternative residence located at the Van Leer Institute in Jerusalem. The "first debate" opened at the alternative residence at 12pm, during which the Knesset Speaker reviewed the performance of all those involved in the drill, according to the simulated scenarios.
