So what if I stare in the air
For hours
So what if I look blank

Leave me to my harmless fantasies
Which free me from this nightmarish world
Made unlivable
By the living

Just wake me up when my country has arisen
And these overgrown children
Myopic and senile
Have surrendered their barricades
On the corridors of power

2.
Let me work myself up
In a frenzy of hate
For my India
Loving is too painful
