Kimberly (Strothman) Anderson - Annoying Tooth

My tooth feels like the grinding of a saw against wood and my mouth is filled with saw dust. I feel like a hickey has been placed on the inside of my mouth. But the pressure is more intense. Throbing, pulsating, biting.

The blades of a knife would be nicer inside my mouth.
