A noise in the distant,
partnered with a light,
brings chills on my arms,
and gives my heart a fright.

A blutterfly whisper,
as it lands on a rose.
A flutter of it's wings,
as it drinks nectar from the flower it chose.

A laugh from a child,
a trill of a sound,
that brings joy to my heart,
and makes the world a place,
where love can be found.

Each day I see these things,
my love surely grows,
not only for the creation,
but for what the Creator,
has let me witness and know.
