Kim says ties possible if U.S. recognises nuclear status

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un says Pyongyang could “get along” with Washington, but only if the United States recognises it as a nuclear power. He ruled out reconciliation with South Korea during remarks at a Workers’ Party congress.
