Head tilted in thought
Friends pushing for it to be done
thinking of what you have been taught


Walking into the little store
your feet are heavy
Hoping you parents don't find out
your hands are sweaty


The clerk says hi with a smile
Stop. look. breath
Friends laugh, watching though the window
Head pounding, sighing heave


Rob a store with a toy gun
just to be cool
Laughing out loud at the stupidity
Feeling like a tool


This isn't worth going to jail
Isn't worth the shame
I made a choice
done with this game.
