Kid Connects With Stranger's Cat

: "A (toddler) boy and his dad (I assume) were taking a walk around my neighborhood in (the Village) of Hamburg, NY. The little guy had previously stopped during summer to say hi to the cats and knew what he was looking for! He was with an older kid then, maybe a sibling, so dad had no idea what he was doing in this video! The little guy clearly adores my cats and likes to visit anytime he walks by. The end result is that I have yet to find and talk to the family to tell them he is welcome to visit the cats anytime he wants and to show them this adorable and hilarious video! My search continues!"
