Khloe Chace - Single Red Rose

As I walked into class that morning,
I found a single red rose on my desk.
I quickly hid it,
And read the little note.

I was full of hope
I was full of wonder
I was full of swirling desire
To find out who it was.

And then at the middle school dance,
I was groving with my friends.
I was swaying in that baby blue dress.
To all the tunes off 107.9.

I saw him from a distance.
He was walking my way.
He's the hottest guy in school.
His name is Alex May.

He handed me a rose
Like the one I received before.
He smile and asked for a dance.
And we danced that night away.
