Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad says Pakatan Harapan lawmakers must ensure quorum is met in Dewan Rakyat because opposition MPs have proven to be unreliable.
Khalid also slammed the opposition for using the issue to gain political mileage.
The Dewan Rakyat sitting was delayed yesterday due to a lack of quorum.
Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle failed to meet the minimum quorum of 26.
