Kevin Hooper - Self Harm

I've closed the door
now its time to open the draw
pull out the sharpest knife
do i put it to my throat
or to my arm
either way i'm going to do some harm

This knife is sharp
like slicing bread
soon ill be dead
I know this aint bright
maybe it might help if i turn out the light
my soul is empty

Ive decided what to cut
my right leg is the victim
blood is rushing out
it dont hurt as much as id hoped
now ill do both wrists
all i see is red blood

i blink once
i blink twice
this aint a dream
im starting to see black
i have enough time for one last thought
