Blue sky…
Night ending…
Sun about to rise.
Late night…
No sleep…
Blue is the mood…
Mellow is the feeling.
Lonely does it become…
Friends, all have gone home…
Alone, sitting, waiting for the dawn…
Conversations,
between soul and mind.
Contemplating,
the happenings of the night.
Cup of coffee…
Staring into it as it loses its steam…
Sitting outside on the porch…
Mind and body exhausted.
Slowly, silently, as the sun rises…
Drifting in a tranquil sleep.
