It's the beginning of a new month and once again I feel reinvigorated to do my diet. I haven't been doing very well on it lately, but only because I haven't pushed myself on discipline very hard. I know what I am supposed to be doing, and what I'm going to do. The challenge is just doing it. And so far this month I am doing really well on the keto diet, but it's only four days into the month. So we'll see how well I can keep it up.

What does kind of stink is that I was going to upload this before work, but I ran out of time so all day long I was thinking of things to write here in the description, but now I can't think of anything.
