The political landscape in Kerala appears to be shifting in this assembly election. According to exit polls, the Left Democratic Front (LDF), which has been in power for the past decade, may see its dominance weaken, while the United Democratic Front (UDF) is projected to gain an edge. Surveys estimate UDF winning 70–80 seats, comfortably crossing the majority mark of 71, whereas LDF may be restricted to 58–68 seats.

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA), despite limited seat gains of 0–4, could still surprise with a vote share of around 14–15%. After ten years in power, strong anti-incumbency sentiment against LDF is visible. If these trends translate into actual results, Kerala could witness a change in government, with the Congress-led UDF likely to form the next administration.

केरल में इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सियासी तस्वीर बदलती नजर आ रही है। एग्जिट पोल के अनुसार, लेफ्ट डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट (LDF) का दशक पुराना दबदबा कमजोर पड़ सकता है, जबकि यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक फ्रंट (UDF) बढ़त बनाता दिख रहा है। सर्वे में यूडीएफ को 70-80 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े 71 से ऊपर है, जबकि LDF को 58-68 सीटों तक सीमित रहने की संभावना है। नेशनल डेमोक्रेटिक अलायंस (NDA) भले ही सीटों में ज्यादा प्रभाव न दिखाए, लेकिन 0-4 सीटों और करीब 14-15% वोट शेयर के साथ चौंका सकता है। दस साल की सत्ता के बाद LDF के खिलाफ एंटी-इनकंबेंसी साफ दिख रही है। अगर यह रुझान नतीजों में बदलता है, तो केरल में सत्ता परिवर्तन तय माना जा रहा है और कांग्रेस नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन सरकार बना सकता है।
