Kent lorries could face countywide clamping

A controversial scheme that saw more than 3,000 lorries clamped in Ashford could be rolled out across Kent.

This week Ashford borough council succeeded in having the crackdown made permanent in the area for lorries that park on the roadside.

But with calls now growing to make it countywide, industry bosses say it's unfairly targeting drivers
