Kellie Teter - Worry

worry washes over me
and there's no way
that I can stop it
It's what makes me human
My head fills with awful thoughts
a bout things that could go wrong
Things that keep me up at night
this worry it's depriving me
of sleep and food
I try to block it out
to think happy thought
but it keeps bringing me down
it will not let me live
I have to break free of this
If bad things happen
It will make me stronger
in the end....I can't say I
don't worry...But I can
pretend.
