Kelkar Panel Submits Report On PPP
Description
A panel, headed by former Finance Secretary - Vijay Kelkar, submitted the much-awaited report on Public Private Partnerships in infrastructure to Finance Minister - Arun Jaitley. The report is seen as the start of the process for an overhaul in policy that will make PPPs flexible, viable and sustainable, including dispute redressal mechanisms through better exit models for investors.
