KeePassDroid bringt einen mobilen Passwort-Manager auf Android-Smartphones. Die Datenbankdateien des vom PC bekannten Keepass Password Safe sind mit der mobilen Version kompatibel. Gesichert ist die Datenbank mit einem Passwort und auf Wunsch einer zusätzlichen Schlüsseldatei. Zur Verschlüsselung nutzt KeePassDroid den Rijndael-Algorithmus mit einer Verschlüsselung von mindestens 128 Bits.
