KCR issues VVIP racism licenses

Telanagana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is known for his extravagance. And now, the KCR government will ensure signal free passage to VVIPs in the state. The traffic department has come up with an idea of installing sensors in VVIP cars which will automatically turn the signal green once the car passes through. So, while the common man waits for hours, these VVIPs will zoom past.
