I am a sea sometimes unruffled
My tides at ease flowing softly
My mind and heart at perfect harmony
My waves on a smooth sail towards the destination
They strive continuously moving back and forth
It is a delightful cruise, a pleasurable experience

I am a sea sometimes full of wrath
Stuck in an incensed storm
My waves out of control
Moving with a rapid stride
Having the devastating effect
On whatever comes along
