Katrina turquotte also known as Katrina Kaif was born on 16th July 1984. She changed her surname to that of her father's, Kaif, because she is Indian in origin. Katrina works in Bollywood films and also appears in telgu and malyalam films. Kaif is a British Indian actress who works in India on employment visa. Susanna Turquotte worked in NGOs so they moved to many countries; Katrina was born in Hong Kong then moved to China, then to Japan. At the age of 8 years she went to France and settled there for few months and thereafter she moved to other European countries and eventually to her mother's home country of England.
Katrina was born to a Kashmiri India father Mohammed Kaif and her mother Susanna Turquotte who is a British citizen, since they both divorced when Katrina was very young. People believed that Kaif is from London, though she lived there for three years and pursued her engineering at the age of 17 and started her carrier in the following year, in modeling and glamour industry in Mumbai. Kaif admitted in 2011 interview for a magazine that she was in a serious relationship with actor Salman Khan for several years, which ended in 2010.
