Katie Huntress - they are real

you see those cuts,
yes they are real,
it might not be something you see everyday,
but they are real,
i am showing how i feel,
the deep ones show that i am really hurting and tearing myself apart,
the small ones show that i am upset but not that bad,
people see me as a good child,
but inside i am tearing myself apart,
i can't stand how i am happy on moment,
then the next i am sad, angry, upset,
i just wish people would see who i really am,
because if they did......
maybe i would get some help.
